The Department of Electrical Engineering and Applied Electronics (EEA) at Tsinghua University has been focusing on cultivating young talents. In order to vigorously attract and gather high-level young scholars from home and abroad and form a conducive mechanism for the steady growth of young scholars, EEA launched the Excellent Young Postdoctoral Talent Support Program at the end of 2022, specially setting up “Upright and Rigorous Young Scholars” and simultaneously supporting and applying for Tsinghua University’s “Shuimu Scholars” and “Huiyan Talents”. I. Recruitment Types

II. Basic Requirements

1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the motherland, maintain good conduct, uphold academic integrity, be honest and trustworthy, and have no violations of laws or disciplines.

2. Below 35 years old, have obtained a doctoral degree (within 3 years) or have met the basic requirements for defending a doctoral dissertation as an outstanding young scholar.

III. Support and Benefits

1. Salary:

Selected candidates will receive an agreed-upon salary. The annual salary for “Upright and Rigorous Young Scholars” at EEA, Tsinghua University, is CNY 250,000, paid monthly; the annual salary for “Shuimu Scholars" and “Huiyan Talents” at Tsinghua University is CNY 300,000, paid monthly.

2. Benefits:

(1) Provide social insurance, occupational annuity, housing provident fund, etc., subsidies are not included in the agreed salary.

(2) Can rent a postdoctoral transitional apartment on campus or enjoy a rental subsidy of CNY 42,000 per year.

(3) According to the relevant regulations of the National Postdoctoral Management Office and the school, handle enrollment, promotion, and provide medical benefits for your children.

(4) Handle household registration transfer for you and your family members according to the postdoctoral policy.

IV. Application Method
