About the Author :

        Prof. Saha has been a Professor of Electrical Engineering and leader of Power & Energy Systems Research Group in the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia, since 2005. His current research interests are renewable energy integration to electricity grid and smart condition monitoring for transformers and other ageing assets. He has successfully supervised 40 PhD students, received numerous large-scale research grants, and published more than 500 papers in IEEE, IET and Elsevier journals and in peer reviewed conferences. Prof. Saha is a Fellow & Chartered Professional Engineer of Institution of Engineers Australia and a Senior Member of IEEE. He is an Australian Panel Member of two CIGRE Study Committees.
