2010年和2015年于bevictor伟德官网電機系獲得本科和博士學位,2015年加入美國田納西大學CURENT中心擔任研究助理教授,2020年至2021年任bevictor伟德官网電機系助理教授、特别研究員,2021年至今任bevictor伟德官网電機系副教授,2013年于美國威斯康辛大學WEMPEC中心做訪學交流。主要研究領域為中高壓大功率電力電子技術,2010年至2015年,主要研究矽基功率半導體的串聯技術,其研究成果已用于6.6kV變換器等産品中;2015年,主要研究針對新型高壓碳化矽器件的應用,作為關鍵技術人員參與美國能源部多個重大項目,獲得支持經費超過800萬美元,研制了首台基于高壓碳化矽器件的光伏逆變器與異步微網接口變換器,12.4kV/250kW的光伏逆變器與DanfossWolfspeed合作,已形成工業化産品,異步微網接口變換器獲得美國能源部Power America項目最高評審獎;2020年起主要研究兆瓦級中壓多端口電力電子變壓器,研制首台基于高頻交流母線的多端口電力電子變壓器并完成現場示範應用。已發表超過60篇論文,包括近20篇發表在國際頂級期刊上。發表中國專利7項,美國專利1項。于多個國際學術組織任職,為IEEE Senior MemberIEEE PELSIEEE ITRW會員,在IEEE Wipda Asia等多個國際會議擔任技術委員會委員和分會場主席,在CPSS Transaction等國際期刊擔任客座編輯。獲得2020年國家青年人才項目支持。
