Biography

Lei Chen received the B.Sc. degree and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University in 2003 and 2008, respectively. Since 2008, he has been with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University, where he has been an Associate Professor since 2013. His research interests are in power system stability, and dynamic analysis and control of power systems. He obtained 2 projects approved by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and attended several key projects approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. He has in-depth research on power system transient stability, voltage stability and low frequency and is the author of tens of SCI/EI indexed papers.
