Open fund application conditions

Article 6: Application conditions: 1. Any regular laboratory person engaged in energy, electricity and related disciplines at home and abroad can be usually defined as the contact person for one open subject each year.

Article 7: The open fund is provided in a limited amount, and the total amount for a single project will be determined according to the direction for open fund application in the current year, and fixed by the meeting of directors.

Chapter Three

Subject implementation and conclusion

Article 12: The person in charge of the subject shall carry out scientific research after the notification of the approval of the subject is issued. The subject is accounted independently as per the following requirements.

1: Staff expenses cannot exceed 15% of the total expense.

2: It refers to the purchase, transport, loading and unloading, and finishing costs of various raw materials, auxiliary materials and other low-value consumables used in the research and development of the subject.

3: Testing and processing fees

Publication, documentation, information dissemination and intellectual property affairs fees
