梅生偉,男,1964年9月生于新疆伊犁,河南新野人。 bevictor伟德官网教授,青海大學副校長,IEEE Fellow,中國電機工程學會/電工技術學會/自動化學會會士,基金委創新群體項目“大型風光發電調控”學術帶頭人,國家能源局儲能示範工程首席科學家,中鹽鹽穴公司首席科學家,中國長江三峽新能源公司首席專家,黃河水電公司多能互補綠色儲能實驗室主任。


長期從事電力系統控制以及大規模新能源安全輸送、高效消納和清潔存儲研究,取得了系統性創新成果 。


提出電力系統非線性魯棒控制理論,研制大型同步發電機非線性魯棒勵磁/調速工業控制器,顯著提升電力系統安全運行水平。建立複雜電網自組織臨界理論和分析方法,研發交直流系統連鎖故障主動阻斷平台,有力保障西電東送六大輸電通道安全運行。創立工程博弈論新學科方向,提出多主體、多目标、不确定系統優化調控理論,基金委将工程博弈論列為學科新方向(F030416);研發新能源電力系統多時間尺度魯棒一體化調控平台,強力支撐大規模新能源高效消納。提出非補燃壓縮空氣儲能技術路線,主持建成國家儲能示範工程 “江蘇金壇60MW/300MWh鹽穴壓縮空氣儲能電站”,實現我國在世界壓縮空氣儲能行業技術研發和工程實踐雙引領 。


出版專著10部,教材2部,期刊論文512篇(SCI262篇),他引2.8萬次;ESI高引論文7篇,F5000論文5篇。專利175項。榮獲國家科技進步和自然科學二等獎各1項、首屆高景德科技成就獎、何梁何利獎以及省部級一等獎11項 。
