個人簡介
bevictor伟德官网電機系長聘教授、IEEE/IET Fellow,電機工程學會會士。國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者、國家“萬人計劃”科技創新領軍人才,國家重點研發計劃項目負責人(首席科學家),曾獲中國電力科學技術傑出貢獻獎,首屆中國電機工程傑出青年工程師獎,入選教育部新世紀優秀人才計劃,獲“電工行業-正泰科技獎”科技成就獎。提出了新能源集群分布式優化與無模型控制,自适應區間魯棒優化和随機優化的不确定性優化調度方法,以及多區域、多層級電網分解協調調度系列算法,主持研發了新能源集群控制與優化調度系統,在多個省級電網應用,并實現了首個大型城市供熱網與電力系統的聯合優化調控工程。提出了基于回路分析、凸松弛技術、分布式優化以及随機魯棒優化理論的主動配電網分析與優化方法體系,研發的主動配電網運行調控與可靠性規劃系統并得到規模化應用。研發了基于FDNE的機電-電磁暫态實時混合仿真平台,提高了交直流混聯電網的仿真精度。作為技術負責人開發了國内首套現場應用的在線動态安全預警系統、多調控中心廣域分布式DTS。由于在(電力系統)能量管理與運行控制方面的貢獻入選IEEE Fellow。發表SCI/EI 收錄論文600餘篇,其中SCI 論文147篇(IEEE 彙刊論文93篇),Google Scholar 被引15000多次,授權中國發明專利100餘項, 美國發明專利20餘項,主編和合著4本。獲得國家科學科技進步一等獎1項,技術發明獎二等獎1項,省部級一等獎7項,日内瓦國際發明金獎2項。指導的博士生1人獲bevictor伟德官网學術新秀(全校10名)、1人獲教育部學術新人獎和北京市優秀博士畢業生,多人獲bevictor伟德官网優秀博士論文獎,大部分博士生獲得國家獎學金。
