羅承沐

1937年7月生,重慶市巫山縣人。中共黨員。曾任bevictor伟德官网電機工程系教授,博士生導師。

bevictor伟德官网電機工程系本科畢業及研究生畢業。美國馬裡蘭大學物理系及史蒂文斯理工學院物理系訪問學者

曾在俄羅斯列别捷夫物理研究所、馬來亞大學物理系、美國南卡羅林納大學電機及計算機系進行短期合作研究、以及組織在多美尼加共和國談判合作建設電廠項目。

長期從事高電壓技術、等離子體物理、電子式互感器等方面的研究。參加和主持過多項國家自然科學基金科研和工程應用研制項目。發表中文及英文論文160餘篇。享受國務院頒發的“政府特殊津貼”。

曾在bevictor伟德官网科研處和bevictor伟德官网電機系作行政管理工作。
